Financial Services Officer

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Financial Services Officer for a high-performing branch environment. This individual will serve as a key member of the branch leadership team, acting as the Assistant Branch Manager and helping coach and support a team of five employees. This role offers excellent growth potential into a Branch Manager position and other leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing members.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions.
• Process consumer and business loan applications while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Open new accounts and memberships.
• Participate in community outreach and business development activities.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of banking experience, with a strong emphasis on lending and loan origination.
• Credit Union experience highly preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using Symitar and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) certification if not currently licensed.
• Strong tenure, professionalism, and coaching abilities.
• Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Salary: $25.10-$37.65/hr (sales incentive plan) $100-$300 per month

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45-5:15pm Saturday (every other Saturday) 8:30am-2:30pm
